Mental toolkit

🌱 Grounding reminders

I don't have to engage every thought that enters my mind.

I don't have to do it all, nor be it all.

My body and I are on the same team.

I have survived before and I will ride out this wave again.

Change is inevitable and constant.

I am capable of changing and growing.

I am allowed to rest.

My life looks different from other people, and that's okay.

My current situation does not define the rest of my life.

My value is not attached to what I accomplish.
